The Bay Area bleeds Orange!
When you consider the number of Syracuse University students who live in the San Francisco Bay Area, the number of graduates who have found success here, and the number of alumni who support SU both financially and with their time and energy, it’s clear that the City by the Bay bleeds Orange. What is it that’s ingrained SU into the very fabric of San Francisco?
- A vast network of SU alumni. Over 5,000 Bay Area alumni open doors for SU grads in the worlds of engineering, technology, the arts and sciences, and many others. Read about some of them.
- A home base of more than 200 SU students who hail from the Bay Area. Meet a couple of them.
- A wide range of events. Alumni networking events, industry panel discussions, new student send-offs—all these and more give alumni and students the opportunity to engage with SU in the Bay Area, creating a lively exchange of ideas. Learn more.
- A strong presence of Bay Area alumni, parents, and friends who volunteer in SU leadership positions. Six are members of school and college advisory boards, and 24 serve on the San Francisco Regional Council.
